To be honest I was a bit sceptical once I had made contact and was asked for a payment immediately to book the appointment, but it worked out fine - Michael turned up during the allotted timescale after making a call to confirm his ETA. The work was completed and Michael was very polite, instructive, providing advice on the staining on the wall following the leak, Would use again

They told me fixing my toilet would have very likely taken just the cost of the call (£100) but when the plumber came in he said that, as the flushing system needed to be fully replaced (it took less than 1 hour of work and the materials costed around £100) I was charged an additional fee of more than £600! Very dishonest and deceiving way of dealing with customers!

Within a few hours of booking the job, the engineer had completed my job. Very happy with the job they did, it took him no time at all. Would now only use this company.

They responded promptly, solved the immediate issue and gave advice on maintaining the WC in the best condition.

very polite and friendly service engineer Ross, I was texted about 20 mins before arrival so was expecting him. Only suggestion for improvement is to try narrow down the time estimation into morning and afternoon blocks. Current option of 10am to 5pm is too long.
