great job, really friendly and was clear about the work done and next steps

Worked well even when times where challenging great communication slight protectionist which is alway good in my eyes

The plumber was very friendly however, he took some hours to remove and replace one small towel rail radiator in the bathroom. He told me on completion the price but assured me that the deposit would be taken off but it wasn't when I checked my account which means that this cost me £400! i think this is a bit steep and would never use the company again.

They were flexible with booking the work in, and the engineer came and fixed the leak we had in less than an hour.

A job well done.

Quick and clear communication throughout the process. Uncovered another problem during the process and were able to fix that as well within a couple of days.
