Although the works still require a further step, the service so far has been excellent, with same-day response to detect and fix the leak. The completed phases of the work were done professionally and neatly.

Great service from Neill! He’s fixed two separate issues with two of our toilets that plumbers from other companies had failed to resolve. He was professional, knowledgeable, and got everything working properly and on one of the hottest days of the year. Highly recommend!

They came to fix our broken cistern and the guy said that the only solution would be to replace the whole mechanism which would cost me £1000 as the parts were discontinued. My uncle ordered one spare part from B&Q for less than £25 and fixed it himself. I paid £120 for the callout which is meant to be 1 hour visit and in that hour they are meant to try their best to fix the issue but the guy just took few photos and videos and left within 5 minutes. I've sent multiple emails asking to refund me that £120 as they lied to me and they keep ignoring me.

Absolutely appalling service from beginning to end. Was quoted £144 which I paid then engineer arrives and tells me it would be £400. Having been previously quoted around £200 refused to pay this much. Have requested a refund for the £144 Ive already paid and the company are now ignoring me, prior to this I was bombarded with calls and emails wanting my custom. How a simple job can end up being quadruple the amount is disgusting I have now lost my money and cannot afford to rebook with a reliable trustworthy tradesperson
