  Structural wall removal and steel beam fitting

  From beginning to end the most professional and reliable builders I’ve ever encountered. I got 6 quotes- only one from Piotr mentioned that due to the wall being weight bearing we will need calculations from a structural engineer and building notice. This did mean it costs more but it would cost you even more if you tried to get these things in 6 years time when you are trying to sell your property! Not even mentioning what it would cost if the steel beam not strong enough was fitted..100% would use them again! Really appreciated how much they cleaned up after extremely dirty job too!
