  Washing machine would not start its programme and fill with water.

  The business proposed a time and advised its call out and diagnostic fee and would advise any additional costs for parts before undertaking the work. They arrived on time and quickly identified the problem as they were familiar with the problem, they also carried the spare parts. They advised costs for the completion of the part and additional labour which was acceptable and was for an additional 15 minutes, so no minimum hourly charges. I would definitely recommend and use them again.
