  Resolving bathroom & shower room issues

  When the bath was used the water back-flowed into the neighbouring shower & flooded the kitchen below. This occurred during the Xmas holiday period. Paul responded quickly and said he’d fit it between other work. He kept me informed of when he could make it to try to identify what was causing the issue. He gave me options of what could be done & I chose to have work done in increments. He kept me updated of work timelines & any unavoidable schedule changes. I really appreciated his advice, cleanliness & the standard of work.

  Good communication prior to the appointment. Clear pricing and good availability. Apinda the cleaner was very efficient & thorough, going over any areas that needed extra work.
