  Lead to roof had failed. Carl took photos. The masonary to the chimney cap had failed also.

  Carl said he would go onto the roof and take photos and report back. He showed me the initial problem plus photos of the failed masonary to the chimney. He repaired everything and showed me the finished works. All done in a couple of days. Already given him another job.
