  Came round to check the job out and provided an acceptable quote; was on site early the next day, straight up the ladders, no messing about, charged as expected (+ a couple of cups of tea of course!). Guttering all looks good from where I'm standing on the ground, so now just waiting on a decent rain storm!

  I was really pleased with the service Carl provided. He arranged the appointment swiftly and called ahead to inform me of his arrival time. He gave an honest valuation of the works required and provided options for what needed to be done. He said he would be able to do the work within 7 days, but was then able to come back the next morning to complete the job. He had a personable manner and clearly explained the works carried out. Great service.
