  You couldn't do better

  Alex came on Saturday evening at a few hours' notice. He quickly diagnosed the problem (an old ball valve had seized up), and fixed it. He brought the necessary part, but had to improvise as the old one had frozen. So he drilled a new hole, making nothing of the difficulty. Then he bled all our 12 radiators, some of which badly needed it, found that the system had a lot of dirt in it, and suggested a flush which we plan to have done later. Alex is polite, friendly, tidy,and meticulous. He deserves top rating.
