  Needed 3 old central heating gas pipes removing from the ceiling.

  Mo turned up on time and was patient as I had been delayed. We had previously discussed price when on the phone prior to look at the job. Mo explained clearly what was required and got to work. Halfway through removal of the first pipe, Mo discovered an issue and talked me through what would be needed to complete the job and changes in price (materials and labour). Mo popped out, got the parts and within an hour and half, job was done.
