  Rafael was friendly and communicative. He gave a good, competitive price - we were happy with the work, save for the finishing details. Although time for the project was tight he said he could finish the nosings and stain them on the stairs - however the were rushed and don’t look good. Stain was left on some of the paintwork on the stairs, which is not great, and the stain was applied patchily. There are also certain areas that are not finished to as good a standard, with gaps etc. Work was good for the price and service, but not perfect.
