  Flat felt roof replacement

  I contacted DWG roofing to inspect a leaking flat felt garage roof. David was very reactive and came the next day. He arrived on time, was friendly and gave a clear quote after explaining everything. David and his team did a great job stripping the roof, reboarding and refelting it. The communication was flawless, they kept me informed at every stage of the roof replacement with photos and videos showing progress, which was really appreciated. They tidy and clear all the rubbish when done. Very happy with the job and highly recommend this company.

  Unsatisfactory kitchen tap installation and bath resealing

  I hired Simon to install a kitchen tap and reseal around the bath. Communication was unreliable, and he arrived unannounced hours earlier than planned. The work was not completed to a satisfactory standard. Leaks were left at the new tap and the stop tap, and the bath sealant behind the mixer tap was not redone, leaving the old cracked sealant here. When I asked him to return, he couldn’t make the day I was available and offered no alternative. I had to hire another plumber urgently, costing an additional £180. Based on my experience and the quality of the work, I cannot recommend him.
