  Repair to toilet

  Simon was great. Very responsive and clear in communication. He talked me through what was needed and completed the job despite a few smaller things cropping up. Would go to him again and would recommend to others. Great job, lovely guy! Very happy. Thank you!!!!!

  Relocating and installing new radiator

  Simon was very friendly and work was completed to a high standard. The insulation was very challenging but he rose to the occasion. I would definitely recommend him and he is coming back in the new year to do some more work. Thank you Simon.

  Only good things to say about Simon who has done various jobs for us. Everything he has done has been excellent, at a fair price and, at the same time, he seems a very genuine & nice person to have in the house.

  Unsatisfactory kitchen tap installation and bath resealing

  I hired Simon to install a kitchen tap and reseal around the bath. Communication was unreliable, and he arrived unannounced hours earlier than planned. The work was not completed to a satisfactory standard. Leaks were left at the new tap and the stop tap, and the bath sealant behind the mixer tap was not redone, leaving the old cracked sealant here. When I asked him to return, he couldn’t make the day I was available and offered no alternative. I had to hire another plumber urgently, costing an additional £180. Based on my experience and the quality of the work, I cannot recommend him.

  Replaced leaking pipes in a very confined space
