  Tap replacement

  I contacted Purple Hearts to fix a leak under my kitchen sink, Ashley attended my property and advised I needed a replacement tap, which I was content with. There was a disagreement thereafter in terms of price. I have no reason to think this was in bad faith; it may have been unclear communication, it may be I misunderstood what was said to me, it may have been a combination of those two. We resolved this but it was unfortunate and I think it left a bit of a bad taste for both of us. Ashley's work was fine and the communication was good. Ashley did need to return to make an adjustment.
