  Fixed two toilets that were leaking water into the bowl; seals were worn.

  Strong effort from James- good communication, quote up front after inspection, provided confidence and experience from the start. No faff and quality of work was good- even showed workings and the perished seals that were replaced. James has gave back a confidence in tradesmen i had lost.
