  Efficient, professional, fair on price

  Reza had a cancellation and so was able to come same day. What was initially a simple job of changing a mixer tap and replacing an isolation valve revealed a previous job that had been a bit of a bodge and unfortunately an old valve from the cold water tank in the loft got stuck. This meant manually draining the cold tank in the loft so the valve could be replaced. Reza was calm and professional through the whole job, together we managed to get the job done without too much additional time and he was still diligent in checking the work. Would recommend Reza great work at a fair price

  Efficient, reasonably priced and communicated well throughout

  It's never fun to deal with a water issue in a house. Damp defence were quick to respond with a survey and identify the problem areas. The price came in very reasonable and they were able to accommodate fitting the work in before christmas which was very welcome considering the wet weather. Penetrating Damp in the lounge and rising damp in the bathroom and both were addressed with the appropriate defensive damp proofing. They were some tricky elements but Mark was able to do the best he could and the overall jobs was done to a high standard. Thanks for a pain free repair to the house.
