  It's never fun to deal with a water issue in a house. Damp defence were quick to respond with a survey and identify the problem areas. The price came in very reasonable and they were able to accommodate fitting the work in before christmas which was very welcome considering the wet weather. Penetrating Damp in the lounge and rising damp in the bathroom and both were addressed with the appropriate defensive damp proofing. They were some tricky elements but Mark was able to do the best he could and the overall jobs was done to a high standard. Thanks for a pain free repair to the house.

  Amazing service from DampDefence

  Had these guys round to conduct a damp survey on my new home… what can I say the whole experience was amazing from the first call from the office to the surveyor turning up. Had my report back within 48 hours which I thought was amazing! The guys in the office were swift to call me up and explain the report to me. Just had all my damp work completed.   Damp survey and installation works.

  We first had a survey completed which was there option 1 full house survey, the surveyor was very smart and professional and level 3 registered with PCA, the surveyor arrived on time and within 48 hours sent us a detailed report which included a breakdown of down on the problem, the cause and the solution. The pricing was very competitive and we agreed to proceed with the works, the teams arrived on time and again where smart in sign written vans and uniforms, all rubble and rubbish was taken away each night and the finish to each wall we moved forward with was finished to a high standard.

  From the first contact with the office of dampdefence the service was first class. Had a surveyor come over to my house at short notice again first class service. Had my report back within a few days!! And was swiftly booked in for the work. 10/10 service guys
