  Window not closing properly

  My living room window wasn't closing properly, it looked as if it was opened both horizontally and vertically, which meant there was a fairly large gap at the top left hand side of the window frame, letting out a lot of heat. The tradesmen checked everything, and made sure the window was fully closed with no gaps.
