  Outer Window repair and handles

  Karol did an excellent job, was quick to respond, and came when he confirmed. Made the effort to get in earlier as knew we were in need. Very professional throughout. I would highly recommend for the quality of work but also for the service Karol and his company provides.

  Window not closing properly

  My living room window wasn't closing properly, it looked as if it was opened both horizontally and vertically, which meant there was a fairly large gap at the top left hand side of the window frame, letting out a lot of heat. The tradesmen checked everything, and made sure the window was fully closed with no gaps.

  Karol turned up as arranged and removed the old blown double glazed unit, he then fitted the new unit and checked that I was happy with it. He cleared up the work area and took the old unit off site A great job and a big thanks to Karol.

  Karol, was friendly, helpful and quick to help us out with repair that was needed ASAP. Great communications and punctual. Fixed the issue, immediately and also a long standing issue with our door since it was installed as well.
