  Rapid Response Is A Good Name For This Company

  They phoned within 5 mins of me posting the job. Appt made for next day. A pleasant and professional, qualified engineer serviced my boiler. He recommended that I get a carbon monoxide detector and agreed that some external pipework could be done better. I was impressed and will use them again for an annual boiler service. Highly recommend for speed and delivery

  VERY HAPPY WITH BOILER SERVICE EVEN THOUGH IT WAS NOT FROM THE FIRM I'D EXPECTED

  This is confusing as a company called Cas phoned, quoted the price (£99 inc VAT) and an appointment made for the next day. A man from Rapid Response Plumbing and Heating serviced my boiler at the agreed time and date. He was thorough and made a few recommendations. I've had emails today from Cas Heating yesterday and tiday using a different name and offering to do the boiler service!
