  Shane and his team did a great job. They arrived exactly when they said they would, were polite and friendly, and took the time to explain what they were doing. They even identified the likely source of our issues, which was really helpful. A minor issue came up afterwards, but Shane quickly returned, resolved it, and explained the cause.
