Shane and Jack did a fantastic job throughout the house. There were several areas that needed damp-proofing, and they even patched up a small section we hadn’t originally spotted, which was much appreciated. The work was carried out over three days and they arrived on time each morning. I was really pleased with how carefully they worked—they laid down protective sheets before starting and made sure everything was clean and tidy before they left. Both were polite, friendly, and reassuring throughout. Paul and his team undertook the work to a very high standard, and we were delighted with the finished product. They were very knowledgeable and courteous, and their communication was excellent before and during the job. They spent time on the preparations, ensuring everything was covered and protected.
