  gap in patio door and would not lock

  very quick response. was doing another job near by and was able to pop over to help. explained everything bit by bit. I was informed what he was doing and given advice for future. the door now locks and the other side that's never worked since we got the property now works too. very pleased. would hire again.woykd recommend also. thank you

  External issues. Hole into the house.

  Very pleased with Charles and his partner who worked on our problem. When we moved in there was a few holes and pipes leading out of the house. I used expanding foam to cover to stop a draft coming in. Recently we decided to fix it. Had trouble getting rid of the foam and also not knowing how to cover the holes. Charles repointes the areas, making sure it's all sealed and it looks great. Communication great. Explained the job and what he was doing. Would definitely recommend. Very quick response too.
