  Window Key Replacement

  I’ve struggled for a while to get anyone who was able to identify the key I needed for my windows. JC was able to identify this from just a photo of the handle and get the correct keys delivered to me very quickly. Great job

  Sent Jamie photos of the issue and he diagnosed the problem provided an estimate and agreed time and date to attend .Jamie arrived oas scheduled and All works were carried out to a high standard and within the cost estimate .Would definitely use for future works

  Excellent service. Lock ended up just needing a judicious application of dry lubricant, which resulted a lower than expected cost. Grateful.for advice on preventing the issue in the future.

  Simple Lock Switch.

  Simple Lock switch, in and out in less than 10 mins. Supplier provided alternative arrangement when there was an issue with their transport and ensured the work was carried out as soon as possible on the same day. The supplier came all the way from Glasgow to Kirkcaldy so covers a wide area and will likely use again for any future lock needs at this property or any in the area covered. The chat and responses up to and including on the day of the work was almost instant, which was very much appreciated.
