  Fix fan oven and timer

  Two engineers visited late one afternoon, did very few checks and decided that the cooker needed a new timer. I agreed to them ordering the timer at a cost of £120.00. When Lee, a different engineer, came to fit the part today, it transpired that there was nothing wrong with the timer, and that it was another issue that had caused the problem. Thankfully, Lee was able to fix it. Lee was excellent, but very disappointed with the original engineer, and that I had to pay £120 for a part I didn’t need!!!!
