  New element fitted in the immersion heater water tank.

  Simon called soon after job posted, gave a reasonable quote and advised he could complete the job the following day. Arrived as arranged, Job became more time consuming than he expected but price remained the same. Left the area clean and tidy. Made a courtesy call the following day to make sure everything was OK. Would be happy to use again or recommend to others.

  Stephen did a great job, even though it turned out to be more tricky than expected. Had to reschedule the installation due to weather conditions but turned up when expected, phoned to say he was on his way. Would have no problem using again or recommending to others.
