  Replaced outdoor tap.

  Had a problem with our outdoor tap. Water flow could not be completely stopped because the tap would continue to turn when attempting to turn it off resulting in a full flow of water starting up again. The best that we could achieved was to close the tap to a point where there was a constant drip. Neil arrived on time, evaluated and explained the job, then got to work. The faulty tap was removed a like-for-like replacement tap was installed. Everything no works as it should. Completely happy with the communication, the work done and the price (which was as quoted over the phone).
