  Leaking washing machine

  I can’t lie, Gavin was the first to respond to my query, and he had the cheaper call-out rate. He arrived on time, checked out the machine and quickly identified the problem - a hole in my door seal! He checked other parts of the machine just to be sure there were no other issues, gave me the option of a genuine or off-brand replacement. I paid upfront for the call-out and cost of the replacement seal. Sarah called to organise the repair - unfortunately I was busy when she called, but when she called later, she said that she’d held a space for me, Gavin appeared on time and replaced the seal.
