  3 bedrooms, landing and stairs skimming

  Left unfinished due to lack of communication. Assumed area wasn’t being done due to no access even tho in the initial quote I stated everything which needed to be done. Did not offer a resolution or to come back to finish. I asked for a reduction in price and had to find someone else to finish the job with a week to move in. Will not be using again for obvious reasons

  Rafal Gugnacki visited my property within 48 hours of me listing the job. He was very knowledgeable and informative and managed to fix my problem with so much ease. I’m a new property owner and he took on one of my many worries whilst trying to renovate. I am so grateful give this man a pay rise !!
