  I have been trying to get a response from Emergency Hero after being charged £240 for a call out and an hour. The plumber they sent couldn’t complete the job, we had to use someone else. Now the plumber is trying to make us pay a second time for the call out and hour. No one from Emergency Hero is responding to the dispute I raised in the app, the 2 emails and text.
