  Very Poor Quality - Not a Deep Clean and Not Worth the Cost

  We booked for what was quoted as a £340, 10-hour move-in deep clean of our new home in TW1. Because we were only getting the keys at midday, she suggested splitting the clean into two 5-hour visits. The cleaning itself was extremely disappointing. What was described as a deep clean with steam and minimal chemicals was effectively just a light surface wipe. Many areas expected in a move-in deep clean were left untouched, and nothing about the result resembled a professional standard. Because the quality was so poor, we cancelled the second visit - there was no point in inviting her back.
