  Avoid – Took Deposit, Refused Refund, No Accountability

  I paid around £100 deposit for an initial site visit and quote. The company attended as agreed and later provided a quote, but the proposed cost was significantly higher than expected. I requested a refund of the deposit, as no work had been carried out, but received no response. I found the lack of communication and transparency disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not recommend their services.
