  rising damp in living room.

  Quick to organise and quick to deliver. Had a rising damp problem in my living room and Mark came to assess and about a week later came with his team to start work. Was also accommodating enough to remove a bricked over broken old fireplace and replace skirting boards. Also cleaned up after themselves and removed all rubbish leaving my yard cleaner than it was before. Nice blokes and hard workers.

  New Thermostat supplied and installed.

  prompt and thorough communication from the start. Able to fit me short notice to suit my availability. Quickly installed the thermostat cleaning up any mess explained how it worked.... also tightened valve on a radiator as I mentioned it was leaking. Nice guy and absolutely no problems at all. V happy.

  New roof.

  very quick to arrange assessment and quote in light of water ingress and potential damage to property. also the most reasonable quote. booked on the Thursday and scaffolding was up on Friday with the roofers replacing batons and felt membrane leaving it water tight for the wet weekend. returned early Monday and tiled and removed all waste. all round excellent work and a relief during a very stressful housemove

  guttering cleared

  Sam was quick to get in touch with a quote and able to turn up in 48hrs. They cleaned front and back gutters and helped assess/offer suggestion on a larger issue with the roof and guttering itself (a patch of damp in a bedroom caused by a loose tile) . Nice blokes. No problems.
