  Floor investigation

  I asked Exelixis to investigate a dropped floor in a house I am buying. They told me the entire floor was rotten including the joists. However a second inspection revealed the floor was fine with only one patch where the plyboard joint was not on a joist, which these guys broke by stamping o it. Very disappointed with the dishonesty.
