  Friendly and professional. Completed the work to an excellent standard. The initial job was quite basic, but he offered suggestions on how to improve the condition of our central hearing system and was upfront about the additional cost. Gave us time to consider his advice with no pressure. Everything was completed in a timely manner with minimal impact on th rest of the household. Would definitely recommend and am keeping their details.
