  Came straight away and fixed my problem.

  Came the next day promptly. Two young guys, very polite. Explained everything very well. Got on with the job, discovered the leak straight away based on guesses from the way the water had left patterns on the ceiling below. Lifted the floor and carpets, repaired the leak and replaced everything neatly. In and out within two hours. The invoice was reasonable. Fantastic.
