  Spot on, couldn’t have improved anything. Guys even went to merchant on a Fri afternoon last thing and got material needed to finish the job to a good standard. Should be what everyone does, but rare to find someone who really cares about their work and the customer

  Great communication from Darren both in terms of messaging and explaining issues/costing etc to us. We had a couple of complex issues in a new house and Darren and Josh were efficient, friendly and so thorough. Would definitely use again.

  New Shower fitting

  I put the job up for a new shower as my current one the heating element has stopped working. They responded to say they would replace the shower with the same model and the quote would be £400. They told me they would pick up the new shower from screwfix. The shower got replaced but they reattached the old hose and head from my old shower and kept the new parts for themselves. When I complained I was told that because I had stated the heating element was broken that getting a 'new shower' only meant the unit not the attachments. I contacted screwfix and for the shower they bought it costs £240

  after being let down by a number of plumbers, Darren was quick to reply to the post, communicated quickly and effectively and gave a decent competitive price. arrived and carried out the work with no issues to a high standard. very trustworthy friendly and certainly be using again when required.

  Replacement of boiler expansion valve and boiler service.
