  after being let down by a number of plumbers, Darren was quick to reply to the post, communicated quickly and effectively and gave a decent competitive price. arrived and carried out the work with no issues to a high standard. very trustworthy friendly and certainly be using again when required.

  Change leaking taps

  Company saw work required , waited 7 days on quote, phoned them for quote , told they would phone later that day with price , still waiting. Been 3 weeks now taps still leaking , still waiting on return phone call. Very poor response from this company. I.d never use them after this experience

  Darren was fast to come out and look at the job, went away saying he would give us a price and that he would do the job, we chased him for weeks after the 4th call he then sent us an over priced quote, I guess so we would stop calling him?

  Fix boiler

  They arrived very quickly, were friendly, got the issue sorted, replaced a part that had been broken for a while to stop the issue happening again. Great service would definitely use them again.
