  Will he go back and correct errors

  He was polite and courteous on the phone. The job was in a flat which we rent out hence we had no first hand knowledge of the work. However after doing the job (which was supply and fix a kitchen sink tap and redo silicone behind the sink ) we had a complaint from the tenant that in the process he had flooded the kitchen floor. Some weeks on we now have message saying the silicone is coming off! It would seem he ran some over the top rather than removing old and re-applying.
