  Very friendly and helpful person. Goes above and beyond to ensure your needs are met and points out anything extra. Helps you save costs and doesn't have any hidden fees. Very decent rate and worth every pound. Wanted my shower to be replaced but he also replaced my exhaust and fixed my toilet seat while he was at it.

  Will he go back and correct errors

  He was polite and courteous on the phone. The job was in a flat which we rent out hence we had no first hand knowledge of the work. However after doing the job (which was supply and fix a kitchen sink tap and redo silicone behind the sink ) we had a complaint from the tenant that in the process he had flooded the kitchen floor. Some weeks on we now have message saying the silicone is coming off! It would seem he ran some over the top rather than removing old and re-applying.
