  Leak at joining pipes, pipe removed, cleaned and resealed

  The plumbers had to comeback because first seal was unsuccessful. Pipe is now sealed and no more leaks. However I feel I was overcharged for sealing a leaking pipe with the materials used was no more than some sealant, connector and a 200/300mm pipe lying in back of the van as scrap.

  Repair leaking flat roof

  Callum came out to inspect the leak, found the problem and work commenced soon after. Callum’s quote: Quote Follows: 1. Remove existing stone and material from the flat roof at the lower front and rear of property. 2. Clean and prepare area. 3. Access boards underneath for condition. 4. Install new torch on felt to both roofs. ( install capping sheet to front roof. Thinking his a real trade person so I put my trust in to him, his professionalism and his work. However within 4 months I had to call him back 4 times because of continuous leaking. Not a skilled person at all.
