  Never on time and job done poorly

  We booked Jimmy to replace our unsafe door bars and remove any loose nails. Over many visits he never showed up at the agreed time and took a lot of chasing. After he was gone, we found loose nails, which is very dangerous with a baby in the house and the reason we paid him to do this job in the first place. I asked him to come back and make it safe. After much chasing, we fixed a day, he didn't show up. This went on for weeks - arranging a new time and failing to show up. We wasted our money on this job because it wasn't done properly and he messed us around so much.
