  'Promised' to arrive, but didn't show up and didn't contact after the no-show. Really disappointed with the communication and non-service. Based on my experience, this contractor is neither reliable nor trustworthy.

  James was very professional and did a fantastic job on our stairs, landing and bedrooms. He worked efficiently and with great care and even came back to make sure the job was completed fully. We would recommend to anyone needing carpet fitting!
