  All good until...

  Fast response, knowledgeable, able to fit me in quickly. The actual job itself was carried out and I was really happy with it all. The reason why I've not given 10/10 is the communication and attitude I've received after the service. We are now 2 weeks post completion and the skip hired is STILL here, full of rubbish. I have chased Capital multiple times to deal with this and have had very little response, each time just saying they'll "chase the skip company" yet no further updates. I've received complaints from neighbours about this and Capital have done very little to help.
