  Fantastic experience with this company who completely redesigned the bathroom to fit a separate shower cubicle and bath etc. very quick and professional turn around and workers very clean and respectful throughout the building and installing process.   All good until...

  Fast response, knowledgeable, able to fit me in quickly. The actual job itself was carried out and I was really happy with it all. The reason why I've not given 10/10 is the communication and attitude I've received after the service. We are now 2 weeks post completion and the skip hired is STILL here, full of rubbish. I have chased Capital multiple times to deal with this and have had very little response, each time just saying they'll "chase the skip company" yet no further updates. I've received complaints from neighbours about this and Capital have done very little to help.

  Best and most efficient bathroom fitters around

  Capital were amazing. From the moment they sent out Philip to price up the job, to Anne and the girls showing me round the showroom and giving good advice on what materials would work in my bathrooms through to the guys ripping out the old bathroom and installing a new one in just a few days. Truly marvellous first class service. I cant praise them enough

  Attention to detail

  Capital just installed new bathroom.Looks amazing Attention to detail far better than expected. Big shout out to Darren Kieran & Charlie for the fantastic workmanship they carried out also Carl &Carl for the perfect tiling. Looking forward to the new kitchen refurb starting next week.

  Job Done

  We first used capital bathrooms some 15 years ago thay were excellent then so when are bathroom looked tired and ready for a revamp we had no hesitation going back with them so off we went down to the shop they were very helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble within 10 days Darren and is team were on the job charley and kieran they worked none stop the tilers were the same excelent all done within the week i would highley recommend them

  Whole new bathroom fitted

  Absolutely made up with the work Capital Bathrooms carried out. From start to finish the girls in the office were so helpful and friendly as well as understanding what I wanted The fitters were so well organised and committed to the job. In and out, clean and very professional. As for the outcome of the work I am absolutely delighted, what I had in mind is exactly what I’ve got now. Thank you to Capital Bathrooms, I will definitely be back
