Arborline tree services ltd
10 Fast work, respectful. Happy to recommend.
Posted 13 February
Job was to prune two plum trees, plus remove a stump and some roots lifting the paving. Arborline did a great job in unpleasant weather, arriving on time. Two trees nicely trimmed, one stump removed and ground, and a pavement that is flatter than it was. They also cleaned up after themselves, and despite the grotty weather and the general disrepair of my garden, left it looking better than when they arrived. They were also respectful of property, taking down the washing line (which I should have thought of myself) and then putting it back again afterwards. Would happily use again.Verified reviewerJob location: NE37Jackdale Electricals Ltd
10 Knowledgeable, professional and fixed what was broken
Posted 20 January
After causing a short in one light when changing a shade, 3 lights in addition to the shorted one failed to work. Jackdale came out in the new year and after a few minutes musing and checking isolated the problem to be in a a fifth light in the loop - a loose connection. Not something I would have found myself, why would I check a light that was still working over the four that weren't! A few minutes later and 3 lights back, the last after they replace the pendant I shorted. Also gave advice on my old fusebox. Great service and will definitely use them in future!Verified reviewerJob location: NE37J D Plastering
10 Two rooms + coving
Posted 29 November 2025
Job location: NE37Job was to fit new ceilings to 2 rooms, plus an airing cupboard, and add coving to the main rooms. Two ceilings were a shade more complicated as they are partially slanted. Ceilings are nice and smooth with no cracks. Even tied up the tops of the walls. I was a little trepidacious about the coving as have previous bad experience with dreadfully fitted coving, but I have nothing but praise for this. Fitted well, and terminated neatly - it looks great. The only downside I could offer is that plastering is messy business! Would happily use J D again - and plan to do so for other ceilings.
