  Came to quote quickly and was able to complete the job same day. Very efficient and cleaned up well after. Great service all round.

  Oven repairs - not fixed and not responding after being paid

  Initially Paul responded fairly quickly. Sent out an engineer called Ali who had a look at the 2 ovens that didn't work properly. He said he knew what the issues were and said a new part was to be ordered for one oven and the other oven just needed a loose wire reconnecting. After he had charged for the call out fees, work and the parts, he told me to try the ovens and contact him back if there were any further issues. Neither of the ovens were fixed and both are still having the same issues. Afterwards, tried to reach out to Paul 3 times asking if he could have another look. No reply...
