  Great job from first contact to completion

  I was very impressed with how seamless my job request was handled, starting from the admin staff, who contacted me to accept my request, and how they kept fully in touch with me. The engineer arrived as was arranged, he too was very polite and professional throughout. He advised me what his diagnosis was, and what would be required to execute the repairs, which he indeed carried out successfully. I am very pleased about the whole service.

  Shifted were exceptional, from start to finish! They confirmed that they were taking on the job, and communicated clearly and timely at all stages. They were prompt, and handled my belongings carefully and safely into the van, and also into the storage facility, where they also placed all items in a well-organised and orderly manner.
