  The appointment was booked and the engineer arrived and quickly found the problem. A part was ordered and then a subsequent visit was arranged after an initial cancellation due to us having a previous appointment. The part was fitted, tumble dryer tested and we were left with a working unit. The engineer was clean, efficient and very polite and punctual, would certainly recommend.
