  I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from H&R repair. They sent a technician to fix my washing machine, but the issue remains unresolved. Despite being charged £100 for the visit, they claimed they needed to order parts and would follow up. It's been nearly a month, and I've heard nothing. To make matters worse, they're not answering phone calls. Very poor communication and service. I would not recommend this company to anyone."
