  I recommend you seek a second opinion before using Your Damp Specialists. They found 'significant' damp in my house and provided a hefty quote. Another damp professional found no evidence of damp and said no work was needed.

  Having been told by another damp proof company we needed work doing, we sought a second opinion from John. He was responsive, friendly, helpful, and HONEST. He found no evidence of damp and confirmed no work was needed. His call out fee was nothing compared to what we had been quoted, not to mention the disruption of having unnecessary work done. This was the best £50 I've spent :)
