  Diagnosing issue then fitting heating element

  Catastrophic. Glenn is a nice enough bloke but I should have seen the warning signs earlier. Missed appointments without letting as know so dragging time out then when the job was eventually done, blew the machine entirely. It’s now kaput and nothing is being done to remedy the situation. I’ve taken advice from multiple sources and the work done is what’s caused the further failure. £435 down and worse off than before.
